Most-Humane Wildlife Control and Trapping

At Nuisance Wildlife Control, we help residents of the Northern Alabama region by ridding their property of unwanted wildlife pests. We offer removal and exclusion options to our clients, following an in-depth inspection of your property. This way, we can be sure of assessing the situation correctly and determining the best solution for cleaning your property and guarding it against future wild animal invasions.

Where are we at?

As mentioned, we serve most of the Northern Alabama region. We currently have locations in Decatur, Madison, and Huntsville, Alabama. So if you live in the region and give us a call, we’ll send out one of our wildlife removal experts to assess the situation on your property, and determine the best removal method for you.

We work 24/7 every single day of the working week, so that we can ensure you’re not in a wild animal emergency any more than we have to.

When hiring a wildlife removal company, it’s best that you go local, since a local agency is familiar with all the local regulations about wildlife removal. In some cases, such as bats, for instance, improper removal can land you in serious legal trouble. So look for someone local!

What services do we offer?

Nuisance Wildlife Control offers a varied range of removal and exclusion services that will rid your property of unwanted wild animals for good. We deal with birds, raccoons, squirrels, bats, skunks, beavers, coyotes, foxes, snakes, possums, and groundhogs. We are also able to advise you on future prevention techniques, and fixing up damage caused by a wild animal invasion.

Obviously, the wild animal removal method we choose in your particular case will depend on the situation. Things like size, number of animals, or even their status (aggressive vs. non-aggressive), all play a part in determining the proper removal method.

This is why we offer free estimates on how much your overall wildlife removal service will cost. You can get a free estimate over the phone at 256-636-1168, or online via our online form.

If you’ve discovered a wild animal invasion, or at the very least, suspect one on your property, we recommend that you do not hesitate to call and schedule an inspection. The sooner you catch a wild animal on your property, the less damage it can do. And trust us, we’ve seen our fair bit of damage in our 30+ years of experience – you do not want to have to clean that up.

But getting back to the removal methods we offer. At Nuisance Wildlife Control, we can either trap the animal in order to remove it, or use exclusion. Alternatively, we might also employ various deterrents (such as bird spikes in the case of nuisance birds), to stop wild animals from bothering you.

Our entrapment methods are first of all humane. We use various assortments of live traps, in order to safely capture an animal without harming it. We will lure the bothersome animal into the cage using appropriate bait, and of course, check on the trap regularly, to ensure that the animal doesn’t suffer needlessly. Then, as soon as the animal has been safely captured, we will remove it to a safe location where it won’t be able to return to your property or bother you again. Once we’re far away, we will release the animal into the wild, so that you don’t have to worry about harming or killing the wild animal in question, as that’s not something we practice at our company.

Alternatively, our wildlife removal experts might determine that exclusion might be preferable in your case. In that situation, we will identify the animal’s entry point into your home, shed, garage, or other such closed space. Then, depending on the size and type of animal, we will mount an exclusion device on the exterior of the entry point, and wait.

Exclusion devices allow the animal to leave the home safely, but not to re-enter, because of the way they are built. Exclusion can be a very effective and easy way to remove a wild animal from your home, as most are wont to leave the property regularly, in search of food. Once the exclusion is complete, we will then focus on sealing the entry point, so that it doesn’t allow other animals in, in the future, and repairing the damage caused by the animal in question.

All of our wildlife removal and exclusion methods are 100% safe for the animals in question. We don’t find it efficient to kill or in any way harm the animal, in order to remove it from your property. So if you’re (understandably) worried about harming the animal, don’t be, because, at Nuisance Wildlife Control, we make sure that doesn’t happen.

Which removal method is best for you?

Unfortunately, we’re not able to determine that from over here. We will need to personally inspect your property, to determine which one of our humane removal methods is most appropriate and most effective in your case. Don’t worry, because once we’ve determined that, the removal will be done quickly and effectively, thus minimizing the risks and the damage of having a wild animal loose on your property.

So that being said, if you’re located in or around Decatur, Madison, or Huntsville, AL, give us a call today at Nuisance Wildlife Control. Our team of wildlife removal professionals will be on their way as soon as possible, to solve your wildlife infestation!
